Nocino del Nonno

Produced by an ancient recipe passed between generations, this aromatic wine made by adding unripe walnuts picked on June 24 every year, takes us back in time.

Following the walnuts maceration process, the wine is shipped to the distillery for the legal addition of alcohol and sugar, and immediately bottled as per the traditional preparation. Nocino is excellent as a digestive, or to be paired with soft cakes, cupcakes or ice cream.
